With built up area of 2,713 square meters, the client approached SurVisory to perform due diligence and ensure the client is able to tender safely with minimum risks from concept design stage up to tender stage. SurVisory scope of work included reviewing the tender documents and contract conditions and advising the client on additional consideration in terms of omissions in the technical information that would result in additional items, adjustments to quantities as well as breaking down the lumpsum items into price-able items. The involvement of SurVisory in construction stage emphasizes the value provided to our client during pre-construction stage and the confidence the client gained in our services.
