Our client requested us to fully manage the delay analysis process and develop a collapsed as-built schedule to substantiate the client's claim for prolongation cost, we provided the required technical expertise and were assigned to negotiate with owner on behalf of our client to make sure all technical matters are managed properly and our client's claim passes through successfully
