Located in the heart of Lusail City, Burj Marina stands as one of the iconic completed projects today. Our client was responsible for the supply and installation of 14,000 m2 of cladding work for the 36 storey tower.

On July 2013, the client commenced the work without securing the services of professional quantity surveyors to administer the contract and change management. On May 2014 the client consulted with SurVisory and appointed us as the cost consultant, by August 2016 we successfully managed to increase the value of the original works by 10% as we revised all the drawings and took-off all the project quantities again. Further, SurVisory was able on behalf of the client to agree QAR 1.3M of variations with the main contractor.
